This campaign didn’t begin with a brief or a whiteboard session. It began with silence.

For generations, ovarian cancer has spread quickly through families, unnamed, unexplained, and often discovered too late. InHERitance, a moving initiative from Digitas Health, challenges the stigma, vague symptoms, and generations on unspoken family history.

Women like Evelyn Capistrano, are transforming their own experience into a mission to change the conversation and to gain more clarity on genetic risk and prevention. Her role at Digitas Health has gone far beyond VP, Experience User Design. But she has become the voice and ambassador of informing others about heredity ovarian cancer.

InHERitance uses deep personal stories and insights from advocates and medical experts to explore why ovarian cancer remains in the shadows, and why awareness alone is not enough.

Because what we inherit doesn’t have to define us.

But understanding it just might save us.
